STONE AGE KIDS - interactive & educative exhibition for kids

    Stone Age Kids is an interactive and educational exhibition for children; this project is designed specially for shopping centers. Children will experience an amazing adventure, will learn about the Stone Age, will be surrounded by museum quality props and will get involved in exciting games.

    Children will learn about history of humanity, live as hunters and scavengers, meet a mammoth, visit the cave and meet a caveman, see the drawings inside the cave, learn about the fire, the tools and communication in the stone age, play exciting and interactive games, and take funny pictures with the stone car.

    Children will follow a 60-minute itinerary that simulates a real time travel expedition in the Stone Age, visiting the thematic “islands”, where they can learn by playing.

    KIDS' ITINERARY

  • Dressing children in cavemen costumes

    The amazing adventure in Stone Age starts by dressing all the kids in the cavemen themed costumes. There are several types of costumes and accessories, so kids can chose what to wear. Entertainers will also be dressed up in cavemen themed costumes.

  • THE DINOSAURS

    The kids will first learn about dinosaurs, when they lived and what made them disappear. They will find the dinosaurs did not live in the same time with humans, even if many cartoons show them living together (Flintstones etc).
    The parents can take pictures with their kids inside the giant dinosaurs eggs. A first interactive game will challenge the kids to rebuild a giant turtle shell, an animal living on Earth even before the dinosaurs.

  • THE CAVEMAN

    #

    The kids will get an introduction in prehistory, the first age of the humanity history. The entertainer will offer information about the 3 periods of the stone age: Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic. These 3 periods where established according to the building and using stage of the tools.

    A caveman statue will be presented to the kids to understand how they looked and how they were dressed.

  • THE MAMMOTH. HUNTERS-SCAVENGERS.

    The children will learn about cavemen and how they lived. Their life was simple and in general they were harvesting food and sheltering themselves from predators.

    The kids will participate to an interactive game and they will transform into scavengers trying to find hidden fruits around the cave. They will learn about the mammoths and they will even ride one.

    The entertainer will use a remote to play a predator sound and will tell the kids to find shelter. They will arrive in front of the cave entrance blocked with stones.

  • THE CAVE. CAVE PAINTINGS. THE FIRE.

    The kids have to demolish all the boulders blocking the cave entrance so they can hide from the predator. After entering inside, they will block the entrance so they will be safe. The entertainer will use the remote to play sounds around the cave as the predators is moving around.
    The entertainer will teach the kids how the cavemen lived and will show them the cave drawings on the walls. The kids will learn how the cavemen discovered the fire.
    The kids will have to decipher the message written on the cave walls.

  • THE STONE AGE TOOLS - PUZZLE

    #The kids will learn about the stone age tools. They will see several replicas of such tools and will learn about their purpose.
    Another interactive game will challenge the kids to rebuild some stone age tools. Components of such tools will be around them and the kids has to identify how they can be used together to build stone age tools.

  • COMMUNICATION IN STONE AGE. PUZZLE.

    The kids will learn about communication and how the language evolved in the stone age. Some interactive games will challenge the kids to guess what entertainer wants to say without words, using only drawings.
    Another game will challenge kids to find the correct order of several cave drawings to tell a short story. Drawing such tools, weapons, men, tribe, food, fire will have to be arranged into the correct order.

  • STONE AGE QUIZ

    #

    The kids will have fun playing the stone wheel quiz. They will have to spin the wheel and to answer to some questions about the stone age. The correct answers are written on sevaral stones so they can find if they answered correctly.
    If they will answer correctly, they will finish the game and they can be considered little anthropologists so they can receive a diploma in the end.

  • PHOTO CORNER - STONE CAR & STONE WALL

    All the kids, together with their parents, can take funny pictures with the Flinstones stone car and the nice stone wall. Ya-ba-da-ba-du!

  • AWARDS FOR ALL KIDS

    Finally, all kids will receive a diploma for their courage, creativity and team spirit they proved while on their Stone Age adventure.
